A 30-Day, double website migration from WooCommerce to Shopify

Denim & Smith Barbershops and R U Curious Salons are luxury Hair Services located across Alberta that aim to honour the timeless tradition of the classic gent's barbershop and encapsulate the luxury of premium salons. Their existing WooCommerce stores had limited inventory capabilities, led customers to unresponsive pages, and an unstable checkout experience. Symmetry Commerce successfully performed a seamless 4-week migration to Shopify for both stores, importing over 1,000 products and improving web performance.

Denim & Smith Barbershops and R U Curious Salons partnered with Symmetry Commerce to migrate from WooCommerce to Shopify. Their legacy websites made it challenging to sync inventory between two stores and were plagued by slow site speed and unresponsive links. We implemented tools to sync inventory across all locations, added a chat feature to address FAQs, and gave their websites a modern refresh—including optimized home, location, services, and collection pages with improved search and filtering.
