Do It Tennis has been selling tennis equipment from their California based headquarters since 2005. When they engaged Symmetry to migrate their ecommerce experience to Shopify, we were guided by a clear mandate: to create a faster, more agile, and conversion-focused eCommerce experience. This meant delivering a refreshed storefront aligned with modern UX and design standards, while enhancing site speed and overall performance. It also involved introducing more sophisticated upsell and cross-sell capabilities to increase average order value and overall revenue. Equally important, the project streamlined internal workflows, enabling the team to manage updates and deploy improvements with greater efficiency and control.
