Additionally, their subscription model was causing frequent customer service issues due to poor UX. Symmetry Commerce led a smooth 10-week migration to Shopify, resolving these challenges while optimizing site performance.

Oak & Sage, a growing skincare brand, partnered with Symmetry Commerce to migrate their ecommerce operations from Wix to Shopify. Wix had posed significant limitations, especially around subscription management and site flexibility. Customers couldn’t edit or manage subscriptions, which led to a high volume of support requests. Additionally, the site’s rigid design system made updates time-consuming and frustrating. The brand needed a platform that could scale with their growth, offer a better experience to subscribers and returning customers, and allow them to efficiently manage and update their storefront. Over a 10-week project, we executed a full Shopify migration with a focus on improving UX, SEO, and operational efficiency. We implemented Joy Subscriptions to modernize their recurring revenue experience, integrated Klaviyo for targeted email marketing, added Smile.io to launch their long-desired loyalty program, and set up tools like Matrixify and Judge.me to support scalable data management and social proof. Post-launch, Oak & Sage saw increased conversion rates, reduced support volume, and a more flexible storefront they could adapt seasonally, all while offering a significantly improved shopping experience for their loyal customer base.
